Program Eligibility Requirements

Each program may have eligibility requirements in addition to the following basic eligibility requirements. Potential applicants need to at minimum,

• Have a documented diagnosis of an intellectual and/or developmental disability
• Have received an Individualized Education Program (IEP) in high school or  participated in an Occupational Course of Study (OCS) or similar program
• Be aged 18-26
• Have goals related to independence, employment and post-secondary education
• Have a personal interest in attending the H2T programs as a way to achieve their goals
